Professional Moving Terms

- Client receives up to 8 hours of movers and truck.
- Additional hours are the client's responsibility.
- Movers disassemble beds, armoires, and entertainment centers only.
- No TVs, computers, electronics, or entertainment systems.
- No packing or unpacking unless purchased separately.
- Plants, gas appliances, and gas-powered equipment will not be moved.
- Basic insurance covers $0.60 per pound.
- Additional insurance is available through the moving company.
- Damage claims are handled directly between the client and the moving company.
- Client must both buy and sell with Move4Free to qualify.
- Not valid on mobile home purchases.

Move Information
Agent Information
It is the Realtor's responsibility to explain all included services. Clients may opt to receive a closing credit reflected on the HUD-1 or Closing Disclosure (must comply with applicable settlement requirements). Any moving expenses above the approved amount that are not paid by the client become the Realtor's responsibility. Moving fees are deducted from the top of the commission before commission splits. 100% commission Realtors receive free move coordination but remain responsible for all moving expenses.
